By using the Website, you indicate that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any violation of these Terms and Conditions is grounds for preventing your future access to the Website and attached domains.

Participants in DDG- and client-sponsored studies, including but not limited to online focus groups, online communities, idea exchanges, and online surveys, whether on custom research platforms or on DDG SmartPanel, participate absolutely voluntarily. The right to participate is contingent upon observing all applicable legal restrictions and commonly-accepted rules and norms of civility and appropriateness. DDG reserves sole and absolute discretion as to what constitutes appropriate behavior and retains the right to restrict or bar access to users who violate this stipulation.
Website Moderation
DDG reserves the right to moderate, or delete, comments posted to the DDG corporate Website and blogs, where such comments violate the Terms and Conditions of Use. By posting comments on the DDG corporate Website, you agree to abide by all applicable legal restrictions and commonly-accepted rules and norms of civility and appropriateness.
